Rectangular Flanged Air Control Dampers Misty Ref Flange Type VCDs are fabricated with a heavy-duty 1.2mm to 2.0mm frame. The frame is “broken” into a flange (typically 30mm or 35mm) that allows the damper to be sandwiched between duct sections using standard corner pieces and G-clamps or bolts.

Frame Profiles: Available with TDF (Transverse Duct Flange) compatible frames or Angle Iron frames for industrial applications.
Linkage System: Concealed within the frame to protect it from dust and debris, ensuring smooth blade movement for the life of the unit.
Low Leakage Seals: Optional stainless steel side-shimmies and silicone blade-tip seals to meet Class 1 or Class 2 leakage requirements.
