Engineered C-Frame Air Regulators Misty Ref C-Type dampers are built with a specialized 0.9mm to 1.2mm C-channel frame. This design allows the unit to be inserted into a duct or a plenum box with minimal external protrusion. Despite the compact frame, we use our signature aerofoil blades to ensure that airflow remains laminar and noise levels stay low.
Key Technical Features:
Internal Mounting: The frame depth is typically 100mm to 150mm, allowing it to stay completely hidden within the duct line.
Interlocking Blades: Features opposed-blade action for linear airflow control, essential for fine-tuning room temperatures.
Durable Bushings: Blades rotate on heat-resistant nylon bushings for a maintenance-free, “non-stick” lifespan.
Manual or Motorised: Comes standard with a hand-locking quadrant, but can be easily upgraded to a motorized actuator.
